Yes, all products from the French Formula brand are made in Canada.

Our delivery time is of 7 to 10 business days from the date of your order for in-stock products delivered by Purolator. If there is a delay in the delivery of your order 10 business days after it has been placed, we will automatically notify you of an extended delivery time either by phone or email.

Cosmetic Import Company Limited offers you a 30-day period from the delivery of your item to return it if you are not completely satisfied. Please note that products on sale in the “Clearance” section are not eligible for a refund and are considered a final sale.

Cosmetic Import Company Limited will refund the price paid for the item, minus shipping and handling fees. For consumable products, Cosmetic Import Company Limited reserves the right to refuse or partially refund the item if it has been consumed beyond a reasonable limit.

Repackage the item(s) with all parts in the box it arrived in or in a suitable shipping box.

Ship your item(s) using an insured method and keep a copy of the tracking number until your refund has been processed, to the following address: Cosmetic Import Company Limited, division de Corporation JAMP Pharma, 1310 rue Nobel,
Boucherville, Qc, J4B 5H3, Canada

Once the product is received at our warehouse, you can expect your refund within a maximum of 10 business days. Upon receiving the returned product, any amount charged to the buyer’s credit card by Cosmetic Import Company Limited for the product, excluding shipping and handling fees, will be credited as soon as
possible.

The Civil Code of Quebec and the Consumer Protection Law provide legal warranties covering hidden defects and the use of goods sold. These legal warranties also apply to this sale. This guarantee does not in any way reduce or eliminate the manufacturer’s legal guarantee, if applicable.
